Refunds and Return Policy

Last Updated: 2025

At Bayou State Publishing, we are committed to providing high-quality digital publications, including e-books, handbooks, and downloadable forms. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, our refund policy is tailored specifically to downloadable content.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All sales of digital books, downloadable forms, templates, and accompanying files are final. Once a purchase is completed and the download link is delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Accidental Purchases

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you believe you made an accidental duplicate purchase, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit only for accidental duplicate orders that have not been downloaded.

3. File Access Issues

If you experience any of the following:

  • Difficulty downloading your file

  • Corrupted or incomplete file

  • Download link not working

  • Inability to open the file

Please notify us immediately at support@bayoustatepublishing.com. We will promptly verify the issue and provide a working download link or replacement file at no additional cost.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Files

If you receive a digital file that is incorrect (for example, the wrong book or wrong edition), we will provide the correct file as soon as possible. In such cases, no refund is issued, but the correct product will be supplied.

5. Unauthorized Distribution

All digital products are licensed for personal or authorized professional use only. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distributing of files is strictly prohibited.

6. Proof-of-Purchase Benefits for Physical Book Owners

If your website offers benefits such as $100 in downloadable forms with proof of purchase of a physical book, these supplementary digital downloads remain non-refundable, even if provided at a discount or no cost.

7. Contact Information

For any questions about this policy or assistance with your digital files, please contact us by using the forn on the Contact Us Page.
